Shipping Policy

At Barking Papa, every item is made to order just for you. That means a little extra love goes into every package before it heads your way. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.


1. Processing & Production Time

Because every Barking Papa piece is made to order, please allow 3–7 business days for your item to be produced before it is shipped. This is in addition to the shipping time.

You will receive an email notification with your tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.


2. Domestic Shipping (Canada)

Standard Shipping 5–8 business days
Expedited Shipping 2–4 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.


3. United States Shipping

Please note that orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.


4. International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide! International shipping times vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

Rest of World 14–25 business days

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Barking Papa has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


6. Shipping Delays

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volumes during peak seasons.
  • Weather conditions or natural events.
  • Customs processing for international orders.
  • Carrier delays outside of our control.

We appreciate your patience and understanding. If your order is significantly delayed, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Barking Papa is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Barking Papa is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately — within 24 hours of placing your order — and we will do our best to make the correction before production begins.
