How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, choose your favourite pieces, select your size and color, and hit "Add to Cart." When you're ready, head to checkout and follow the steps to complete your order. It's that simple!
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we begin production shortly after your order is placed. Please contact us as soon as possible at barkingpapa.com if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

How long does shipping take?
Since every piece is made to order, please allow 3–7 business days for production, plus shipping time. Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

How do I track my order?

Made to order means we don't produce your item until you place your order. This allows us to eliminate overproduction and waste, while ensuring you receive a fresh, quality piece every time. It's our commitment to intentional, sustainable fashion.
How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide to help you find the perfect fit. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
How should I care for my Barking Papa pieces?
To keep your gear looking fresh, we recommend washing in cold water, turning garments inside out, and air drying when possible. Avoid bleach and high heat to preserve the print and fabric quality.

What is your return policy?
Because every item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please reach out to us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and we'll get a replacement sorted for you as quickly as possible.
